About Sentriaguard

Security that never leaves your perimeter.

We build the SIEM/XDR platform we always wanted as SOC engineers: on-premise, AI-native, and honest about what it does with your data.

Our mission

Give every enterprise SOC the tooling of a nation-state CERT — without the surveillance tax.

Sentriaguard was founded by SOC leaders, detection engineers, and applied AI researchers who spent a decade watching enterprises pay cloud SIEM vendors to hold their most sensitive telemetry hostage. We believe the next generation of security platforms will be defined by what they refuse to exfiltrate. Our entire stack — ingestion, storage, detection, LLM reasoning, response — is designed to run on your hardware, in your VLAN, under your keys.

What we believe

Four principles behind every line of code.

Sovereignty by default

Every byte of telemetry stays inside your perimeter. No callbacks, no shadow SaaS, no vendor lock-in on your data.

AI where the data lives

Local LLMs and detection models run air-gapped on your own hardware — with the reasoning traces to prove it.

Signal over noise

We measure success in triaged incidents per analyst hour, not events per second.

Built for regulated ground

Designed alongside teams in finance, defense, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.

Milestones

From a Zurich basement to sovereign SOCs across three continents.

  1. 2021
    Founded in Zurich

Ex-SOC leads from a global bank and two national CERTs regroup around one thesis: cloud SIEMs are a data-sovereignty tax.

  2. 2022
    First air-gapped pilot

Sentriaguard XDR ships to a defense customer running fully offline with local LLM inference.

  3. 2024
    Managed SOC launched

24/7 co-managed SOC opens for regulated enterprises across EMEA and APAC.

  4. 2026
    Sovereign AI Engine v4

Provenance-reasoning models and NLQ-to-KQL ship to every customer, on their metal.
